I came back to the car, only to find what was presumably a sleeping stray dog next to it!
Also, it’s great to finally be somewhere with manageable WiFi!!! I’ve been on a internet hiatus for one whole day already... No choice but to be “unplugged”!

I was on the border of Djibouti and Ethiopia in the middle of nowhere...eating spagetti (Don’t ask, just roll with it)...and our parked Land Cruiser provided shade to a small host of stray dogs. If we got near the car they’d growl at us. None of us wanted rabies and throwing rocks at them seemed to also encourage the same result. We managed to sneak someone in through the boot to crawl to the front and crank the engine which sent them scattering to another car. Oh good times...
